Building skills for dignified employment. Participant Application About the Program Brazen Table is our holistic culinary training program that provides tangible skills and experiences to survivors of human trafficking and individuals facing significant barriers to employment, to enable them to find worthwhile and sustaining employment as they rebuild their lives. Finding and maintaining life-giving employment not only provides for the financial needs of our graduates, but also serves as a means to independence and self agency so crucial to their ability to flourish. With a well-trained staff, deep ties to the anti-trafficking community and knowledge of the food and hospitality industry, A 2nd Cup is working to fill the gaps in education and experience. What is Brazen? Daring. Strong. Empowered. Determined. Unapologetic. Unashamed. Bold. All of these are words we hope you'll embrace in our program. Your experiences play an impactful part in your story, but they do not define you. We believe in taking control of your own narrative and redefining yourself as Brazen - bold and without shame.
